About Cat Walk for Charity

CATWALK FOR CHARITY is a premier philanthropic event of fashion and inspiration to benefit underprivileged Haitian children’s education.

Viewed as the “kick-off” to the summer social season, attendees include a diverse spectrum of 500 + socially aware, influential, trendsetting, fashion and accessory conscience mostly women across all industries, including financial services, entertainment, fashion, technology and media with high disposable incomes.

Gabriella Arrango 2011

Italian-born Gabriella Arango has been designing evening wear and bridal wear for the past 30 years. She is located in the heart of the bridal district on Miracle Mile and is internationally known for her custom-fit and exquisite one-of-a-kind designs. She has dressed Madonna, Gloria Estefan, Dayanara, Marc Anthony’s ex-wife and ex miss universe, Mrs. Miranda Iglesias, Debbie Mazar, Belkys Nerey, Laurie Jennings, Ingrid Casares among others, and is considered one of the leading couture fashion designers today. Most recently, she was named WSVN’s “Best Bridal Store” in South Florida.

Francois Elizee 2011

Françoise Elizée first entered the fashion world with a love for handbags, exotic skins and colors. In December 2008, she launched her first “Françoise Elizée collection” of exotic skinned handbags to rave reviews. Said reviews gave her the boost to continue with subsequent collections that woould be featured in lists such as “what to wear now” as well as features in “Elle” & “In Style” magazines to name a few. Françoise’s vision has always been the same – to offer a remarkable product with exceptional quality and attention to detail. Despite being self taught, her strong entrepreneurial skills helped her as she traveled to countries like Italy, France and the Middle East to see what the other celebrated and veneered designers were creating.

Stella Jean was born and works in Rome where she lives with her two sons. In July 2011, he has distinguished itself in Rome among the winners of the prestigious “Who Is On Next?”, Organized by Alta Roma in collaboration with Vogue Italy. In June 2013 he presented at Pitti Uomo, Pitti Italics within the project, his first menswear collection. In September 2013 Stella Jean is chosen by Giorgio Armani to parade as a guest in the spaces of the Armani / Teatro in Milan Fashion Week and in April 2014 was selected by the Victoria and Albert Museum in London to expose some of the outfits Spring | Summer 2014 once the exhibition “the Glamour of Italian Fashion 1945-2014”.

Eva Boulous 2012

Fashion designer Eva Boulos is fast becoming known for her brilliantly bold use of colors in her comfortably chic designs. Born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti as the daughter of Haitian art enthusiasts, Eva was constantly surrounded by paintings of tropical landscapes and bright, vivid colors. Soon she was expressing herself through art; her first drawing still hangs in her father’s office. ASSALI, named after her grandmother (whose pearls and lipstick were Eva’s first entry into the world of fashion), offers clothing for young, confident women who understand the need to be comfortable and fashionable all at once. The designs blend femininity with a touch of masculinity and are made of the best quality materials.

In the US, Neiman Marcus competes with luxury retailers such as Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, Lord & Taylor, and Bloomingdale’s.

Each Webster store offers a sophisticated and unique shopping experience with a luxurious setting. At the forefront of luxury fashion retail, The Webster is now expanding in the U.S.
Gustavo Cadile

Gustavo Cadile 2014

In early 1994, Mr. Cadile made his first leap towards his dream of designing fine women’s clothing by moving to the United States and attending the International Fine Arts College in Miami Florida. After graduating with honors a few years’ later Gustavo’s talents caught the eye of illustrious Prince Egon Von Furstenberg that led Mr. Cadile a position in his Parisian Atelier to design a Bridal collection, and an exclusive Alta Moda line in Rome.

Nicole Miller 2014

With a degree in fine arts from The Rhode Island School of Design and a degree from l’ École de la Chambre Syndicale de la Haute Couture Parisienne in Paris, Nicole Miller combines her art training with couture technique. This, along with her French heritage, has given her a unique style and vision. Her irreverent style of clothing has been worn by celebrities such as Angelina Jolie, Joss Stone, Jennifer Aniston, Beyoncé, Blake Lively and Eva Longoria among others.
